Digital Marketing Apprentice

Initial Incentives are a leading provider of branded merchandise products, trusted by big and small businesses across the UK and Europe for over 30 years. As the business is expanding, they are looking to bring in a marketing apprentices, who will play a crucial role in marketing activities and developing Initials online presence for the future whist working towards a recognised qualification.

What you will do in your working day

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Updating website with content. This may include, imagery, blogs, SEO work, new products, and initiatives.
• Weekly product/service mailers to our client database.
• Social media accountability.
• Responding to clients and posting new content.
• Google Adwords.
• Taking control of our analytics and improving our organic results.
• Building presentations that associate with campaign for the Account Managers to send to new/existing clientele.

Skills and Qualities:

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Familiarity and interest in digital/ multi-channel marketing
• Enjoys working with others
• Passion for learning
• Previous exposure to social media management
• Strong organisation skills

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
